I checked out the requirements for medline citation:

below are things that we need to work on from now:

we need to submit four issues of the journal, so this will take a while, but we need to work on fulfilling the requirements from now so it will be easier when we apply for medline in the future

we need to get an ISSN, this we can do now, i checked there website, we can even apply before starting the journal, it takes 4-6 weeks, i can take care of that if not done yet

we should be able to provide citations and abstracts in XML-tagged data ( I do not know what is that, Malik, any idea?)

we need a publisher ( i guess we are working on that)

they need the following also (we need to work on these and create a template, we can do something similar to other journals, this should not be a problem, more info are here http://www.icmje.org/urm_main.html):

1-Published Statement of Informed Consent

2- Published Statement of Human and Animal Rights

3- Published Conflict-of-Interest Statement

4- Complies with International Committee of Medical Journal Editors' Uniform Requirements for Manuscripts

5- information about the methods of selecting articles, especially on the explicit process of external peer review
