This topic is dedicated to listing IMG friendly programs for internal medicine in the US. I went through the process 2 years ago and this file was very helpful. It is old but I valid. I am going to add more info later on and if you are in a program that is IMG friendly and not on this list, please let us know so we can help the new applicants.
